As some of you might know, iusethis was written in Perl and Catalyst. (If you want more info on that, check out this excellent perlbuzz.com article).
Anyways, last week I was presenting a talk at Yet Another Perl Conference : Europe in Wienna, Austria. The talk was called 'Bag of tricks from iusethis.com', and it shows some of the techniques I used when building the backend for this site.
