I've been looking at the Open Flash Chart, and I'm considering adding a graph to show monthly downloads for each app on iusethis to the app profile. Is that something that would be interesting? Please leave a comment if this is something you would like.
Nordaaker is the company where Arne and Marcus collect all their activities. The name originates from Arne's grandparents' place, close to where Marcus grew up. This blog will contain information related to our web apps, as well as other stuff we find interesting.
I would be interested. :) Reasons: this data would show if an app is still popular, or if it has been surpassed by another app.
On a side note, I wonder how accurate are iusethis number of users counters, as a user may register a use, stop using the app, but keeping the use registered.
Yes! This would be awesome! Especially if you graphed versions and overall… and then allowed us to compare download metrics between apps! If you added a “graph downloads of related apps” to the sidebar, that’d really help to gauge popularity, besides just people claiming to use something.
For example, I’d be very interested to see how many download CoverSutra vs Cover Stream.
